anybody know if rukia obtained bankai?

Yeah she obtained a bankai. That was the first time I seen here have it. It's in episode 119 i think she killed one of the arancar. Kurusaki was shock also.Because it was his first time to see Rukia's real power.

Jayceelord... that was not a bankai ¬¬ bankai is the second lavel in their sword's tranformation this was just the first one that is called "Shikai" and happens when the user learns the name of the sword.
In Ichigo's case he always has its Zanpaktoh in Shikai by some unknown reason.

Web2samus you are wrong, Ichigo did sword wasn't always like this... He had to learn his shika too, as you may or may not recall Ichigo's sword was different in the earlier eps. it was more square-ish looking.

Hmm... Is she strong enough to be able to achieve bankai? I dunno,... I haven't seen her bankai yet... It just the shikai with the three dances for the time being... She'd probably achieve bankai at some latter time but I doubt that it'll be ever be included in the whole Bleach saga... :p
... LOLZ!!! What am I saying!? I think I'm being too mean to Rukia san... Gomen gomen. Well, on second thoughts, she might be able to when time calls for it like when Ichigo san really needs her help or something... She's a hard worker and eventually, She'll be able to reach her full potential and become stronger--leaing her to the awakening of her bankai...

Hmm... I think the 'second stage' that you're talking about ( Rukia activating her second stage or something in the manga series) must merely be the three dances of her shikai. Don't you think so? I don't really know... Can you please clarify your statement?

Actually Rukia is a very strong shinigami. She is said somewhere, i think by her older brother that she is able to activate bankai, as well as going so far as activating the second stage of her bankai. From the manga series she has done this. and if they go somewhat close to the manga, as they have been, then I am sure that you will get your wish and see just how awesome her bankai truely is. Lets just say, it would rival her older brothers 2nd form of bankai as well.

To my knowledge, Rukia is yet to obtain Bankai. Even manga readers say that she hasn't obtained it yet. =)

Not that I know of so far, and I am reading the manga and she have not obtained bankai in there yet.
