Do you remember the anthrax in the mail scare that happened in 2001?

This has nothing to do with the anthrax scare that you are talking about but it brought to mind an incident at my work. I work in a call center. I was in the department that routes the repair calls where they need to go. This man called me Labour Day 2006. Aparently his neighbour was installing a sprinkler system and they had accidentally cut this guys phone lines. I apologized for this (even though I wasn't the one that did it, we still MUST empathize). This man wanted me to send a repair tech out immediately. I told him I couldn't because it was a holiday weekend and most of the tech.s get the holiday off. The other tech.s were already booked and the earliest date for repair he would get is the following Tuesday. This man freaked on me! It ended with him calling me every applicable swear word he could think of. Before he hung up he threatened first of all to letter bomb my place of employment, then he told me to watch my mailbox because he was going to send me an anthrax thank you card. Of course, he promptly hung up. I was stunned. I can laugh about it know because this man didn't know me, doesn't know where I live so of course I have no reason to be scared but why would he threaten me for doing my job?

I am now goin nutts lol..just last week i was here and watching the news and i specifically remeber them saying they caught the guy..and he ws the one that had a bomb in his shoe on that plane..and i have been looking on the net to show you..but i cant find it.,but i know they caught him..dang it..im sorry...maybe you will have better luck..all im getiing is news from 2001..and they just caught him last week so its has to be somewhere..if you do find it wil you message me with the link? thanks!

I think we never found the culprits It is waiting to happen again

Well, I'm not surprised it got swept under the carpet. As a matter of fact, it was found that the strain of Anthrax which was hyped as Al Qu-aeda's latest attack, actually came straight from the US government. So it was either the FBI, the CIA, or some other evil terrorist US government-sponsored organisation. Or they found themselves a scapegoat!
