I want to know how to make money on this website? I thought I understood but I'm not sure that I do.... If you have made money, did you have to spend a lot of time on it?

I haven't really made any money on mylot but I'm back and going to post everyday to as many post as I can and My goal is to make .50 - $1.00 a day! I know that's a lot of posts but I think I can do it! I really need this money for my vacation this summer and so that's what' motivating me to get on here every day and post at least 45 post a day! I don't understand how to do the picture thing yet so I have to work on that but I'm posting like crazy! I had 45 post yesterday and only made .85 but hey, it will build up and I have a goal.

I also was wondering about this. I am new to this, i was searching for ways to make money online and this came up. I was wondering how the payments work. do you get money each post, or do you get more for longer or more insightful posts? do you get paid more for answering a question or posting your own topic? also how do the referrals work, do you get paid for their responses? thanks

You can make money many ways on this site. You get money for starting discussions, answering questions (like i'm doing) and uploading pictures. When they calculate the money you make they don't look at the # of posts or discussions, but rather they look at the quality (length) of the posts. So all I can say is keep posting and some day you'll make something but probably nothing too crazy.
