Hi welcome to mylot Thanuarun and all other members when i was a new member then it also happened to me but some of the advanced users helped me to provide the information which helped me and is surely going to help you to first of all you have to reply as many disscussion as you can which will make you more active in mylot lots of people will read your answers and will appriciate you second you have to reply long lenghty and meaning ful answers to others disscusssions as it will help you in increasing your money and your accuracy third get your friends as refferals which will make you a lot of money but its really a problem convincing other to use mylot fourth you can also try to upload pics which is also favourable when you reach your 100 posting then you will be provided with a star after your name which will be your rating the higher the raing the better you are when you reach about 50 or 60 of your postings then try to start your own good disscussion then I am sure you will get respnses which you expect. if you vivit my profile you can also see that i have started lots of disscusssions but didnt got any reply then i decided to leave posting disscusssions ans then i started replying others post which really helped me a lot then i realize that others are really right.

Surely you're wondering now, how did this silly lookin discussion of mine took off? When this aint even nearly as worth a headline, but the proof is there, people responded & that what matters most. I thought of that too before, create a psychedelic topic thats worth an einstienian response or make Mr. Freud waddle his brain - i should have thought of that. But, alas people are people. They will complain that maybe the topics not sensible, or maybe its not interesting, or someone would say it needs a deeper thought to formulate one or maybe...maybe...just all maybe. Nobody would really know, otherwise we wouold not need a tabloid mags proliferating around. People are unique & they show it in every way intentioanally or not. One thing that swings greatly people is about emotions, we are suckers for what gets our emotions especially if its relative to our life. I've seen discussions here that are so mundane that i would never even thought i would care to talk to anyone or so silly that just annoys me reading it, but it does get crazy responses. Friend or not, i love people, its their unpredictability thats fancies well here. Money is just temporary thing - does'nt even be a good motivator probably until when at the brink of thinkin is this worth it here? can there be any better? Make friends thanuarun. Go through each username's profile and check if you have the same interests as theirs. Make a request to add yourself as friend. Only friends will help you respond to all your discussions. Since you're still fairly new here, it is only natural to have this few responses. Try to post discussions that will attract mylotters. I have also faced similar problems and the only solution I can tell u is to keep trying and trying and trying till you succeed .Ofcourse you have got some good suggestions from the senoir members, hope they'll be helpful.Goodluck to you.

Hi too... I'm a newbie as well, a bit longer than you but I'm so occupied this past few weeks that I only make a few responds. Similar to you, the discussion I started hardly get any response... I gues probably simply because the topics is not interesting... Well good luck for you (& me..:-)

don't worry so much. i've been here for almost a month and i haven't reached one dollar yet. just keep reading other peoples tips on how to get along with mylot. and be patience. just think of my lot a place to express yourself out. not so much about the money for me.

it happens with me i have been joined mylot for a month but i did't made a dollar i also give responses to other topics but i can't made a good money.

I am experiencing the same dilemma as you. I am also a newbie and have had no responses to my discussions. I have contributed to quite a few and not even gotten out of the cents range. Maybe there is something that I don't understand about this site.

I am also new to my lot.You should do more writtings to reach for 10$ min. Payout.If you set average e.g. 100-200 posts per day it gives you 2-3 $ to reach quickly for payout.

You're actually doing good if you've earned a dollar for less than a week and only having a ranking number of 39. Mylot has an algorithm for payment that I don't know anything about. But, here's what I've found that helps: Post quality responses that are "on topic" and are at least 2 to 4 lines. You can write more if you want, but it should be no less. If you post responses that are too long, you will slow yourself down and it will be less likely that someone will read your response. If you write less, then you risk not getting paid or getting paid less for it. Also, make sure you rate every response. Also, it takes time to build a reputation and friends on this site. If you are patient and make quality posts and discussions, you will build yourself up and find yourself getting more responses. Sorry if that was too long. Good Luck!

Well Hi there new member and welcome to mylot. Mylot uses paypal to pay you not by check. So make sure you give them your paypal info to them. As far as doing things around here it sounds like your on your way. Happy posting

I think you must respond more also to some discussion here atleat 20 to 30 responses to 4 to 8 sentences. Make sure that you posted or respond a quality discussion because it makes your earnings increases. i think your account number of your paypal will be placed on your profile because if you reach 10dollars and above at the end of the month your earnings will automatically put in you paypal account and when it is in your paypal you can transfer it to your real bank account and after how many days you can get your cash.
