Apart from the most known Nirvana songs, I like a lot some Bleach songs, School and Negative Creep. In Utero contains great tunes too, think about Dumb, Pennyroyal tea, Rape Me, Serve The Servants.

My all time favorite Nirvana track is 'Man who sold the world'. There is so much angst and feeling in the song, something that is different from all the other Nirvana songs. While I'm a major rock fan, this song is something that is unlike all the others that you get to hear. Songs like this one from Nirvana, 'Nothing else matters' from Metallica are atypical of the bands that play them, but are often responsible for getting them a lot of attention or fame. I loved Cobain. Why did he have to end up the way he did?

I'd probably have to say my favorite songs are School off the Bleach album and Aneurysm off Incesticide. Both of these songs are very raw and full of energy. Listen to the live version of School on the From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah album, it's manic and bursting.
But if you want to talk about songs that are heavily produced in the studio, then Smells Like Teen Spirit takes the cake. The song structure is tight and everything within the song sounds great. It's nirvana for Nirvana.
