My best friend I knew since we were 3 years old and now we are almost 18. But she is getting on my nurves latly. What should I do? What would you do?

You just need a little time away. Be sure to communicate with her about needing some space and then take some time to be with other friends. That's going to happen to you a lot in life...... just take a little time away.
