What do you and your spouse or significant other do to unwind?

Here lately me and my fiance have both been getting pretty stressed out. He runs his business from the house so it's not like he can just come home to get away from work like normal jobs. And when he gets stressed out it tends to rub off on me because I'm around him all the time. I don't want our stress to start rubbing off on our daughter so I'm trying to figure out ways for us to unwind and relax a little. I was thinking of maybe taking Saturday to go to the mountains and just play around up there with no phones and no business talk. What do you all do to unwind?

That sounds like a great way to unwind.. take a little R&R time..it'll do ya good. Sometimes ya just need to unplug and unwind and get away to relax and be together. I don't have a spouse at the moment..YAAAY.. errr. I mean.. unfortunately..LOL but when I did have a BF we used to sometimes just like to get in the car late at night and drive, turn on the music and go on a long car ride to nowhere in particular..just a little get away with no plans and no schedules. It can be a lot of fun.

When we want to be together we just sit and talk, or go for a drive, but when we are apart, we like to read or write.
