I noticed almost everywhere I go these days somebody there is acting mean. In the book store earlier I saw a woman refuse to move out of the way when a lady pushing a baby in a stroller wanted to get past her. Would it have hurt her to move for one second to let that poor woman get by? Why are people so mean?

There seems to be a rudeness bug that has attacked alot of people. I cannot stand mean and rude poeple, have you walked through a school lately? These children act as though you do not exist or are invisible, I blame thier parents for not teaching them manners. I have also nooticed that if you are walking through a store that if you say "excuse me", that the person you are talking to acts like you are speaking a language that is forigen to them or something like that. If my child acts like that EVER, I will get her good, She has pretty good manners, which is an odd site these days, if people would remember to have good manners, the world we live in would be a better place to live.

too bad for the lady with the stroller, but here where i live this is rare. i guess its in the culture, i mean the meanness. because here where i live, the people are a laid back bunch and if that lady were here and refused to let the lady with stroller pass by, she will hear a lot of bad comments about her. there's nothing wrong with moving a few inches of space in order to let someone pass. here we do it automatically and if in case we didnt notice that someone would be trying to pass and we were in the way, we would even apologize for standing in the way. She doesnt even have to pay just to move a little. i guess what's in that lady's mind is I was in this spot first so wait until i finish. its all about me, me, me.
