Hi and welcome , there really is not much to know on here , post quality discussions and answer to others and you will get paid for this . You need ten dollars for a cash out and you will be paid on or before the 15th of each month . They are very good to pay and it is easy to make enough each month or more . You can put up pictures with your topics and this will give some extra money as well but I don't know much about this as I have never did it , I find it takes to long to load a picture . If you get any referals who are willing to work under you then you will make ten percent of what they do . There really isn't much more then that . No one know sfor sure how much we make for each post or discussion so I can't tell you that but I don't believe you make anything off of a post until at least one person responds .
