Crying is one way to release some of your anger , when you are ready to talk about it that will help also as it is the best way to be able to talk to a friend or family , someone who will listen to how you feel and then you will see that you are not alone and this often makes one feel better .
Best of luck !!

Crying is a good way to release anger, I do it too! Shouting helps sometimes, but you can say things in the heat of the moment and be sorry you said it afterwards. It depends who I am angry at, and the circumstances at the time! I will either vent my feelings to my best friend who I know will listen to me, or I go for a long walk somewhere peaceful and quiet so I can think.

I recommend either journaling your anger and worry, or learning to kick box. Really, that both work.

Because of my back, I can't kick box. But I used to have one of those punching bags that fighters use? It made me too tired to be angry! But really, once I wrote down in my journal how I felt, it was like I let the anger leave me as I wrote it down. And when you are angry again, it helps to look back and see how it compared to the last time it happened.

Basically when ever we are angry there is a wound inside...and when we prefer to cry instead throwing on others or hurting inside...it gives us a chance to look at wound and we are independent from the one who has hurt us.
Yes sharing with friends can also help a lot but nothing is better than cry it out.
