How do you feel about referrals?

I would like to make some referrals, but I don't really know how to ask. I feel embarrassed to say I would get part of the money they earn here. I would like to hear from those who did make referrals--how did you do it? And from those who were referred here by somebody, how did you feel about being asked and about them getting money for referring you?

There's nothing to be ashamed of. You don't have to say that you wiil get part of what they will earn. Just include your referal link in your email to your friends and say something like "I found a site that we can earn while online. You can check it out."
So, it's up to them to learn about it and how it works. It's there choice to join or not. It's normal to have skeptics about it.
When you joined, did you think that the one who referred will be earning from me? What normally goes in the mind of those who joined is to earn extra income for oneself never thinking that someone up there will earn from me.
If this is the way how one's think in not joining because someone will earn up there, then, wake up, it's a selfish kind of thinking. We are here in this world to complement or help each other.
Don't you realize that it's the reality going on. When you buy anything from stores or wherever, you let someon earn from you. That's also true in the internet. We dont' spend cash but we spend our precious time to be in the internet. So, it is just fair that we earn.
