What would you do to get out of depression?

Last night my cousin had a campus interview.He is a good student but he cudnt make it...he is so very upset and frustrated too..I dont want him to be like this ..I want him to prepare for the next company to visit..I am dumbstruck , and m not finding any words to consolidte him..What wud have u done if u were in my place?

hey i am a student as well i have also given campus interviews and got rejected by companies in the last round or failed at the last hurdle but you must tell your brother that thinking about the failure is not right, rather he should think about his performance in the interview and know his weak points and strengthen them. this is how it is done you fail, but you must also learn from it.
one thing about campus interview you must told him that in these kind of interviews you never know what the company is looking for as they are recruiting you as a fresher so they look other things other then knowledge as well. so keep trying you will get success.

Yes it is always good to learn from people who have experienced the same odds and still going on well

Well, just keep feeding him with past experiences. Young people like to listen to stories. But mind, don't paint a beautiful picture. Life is full of ups and downs. There will be no ups, if a person stays down when they are down. Move on and move up. Its all part and parcel of life. Cheers
