Does anyone have Tourette's Syndrome?

If so, what tics do you have? Do you have children? Have you done anything to try and prevent your children from suffering from this disorder? I have 3 children, and so far none of them are showing any signs of Tourette's, but they are only very young so who knows what the future holds.... I have facial tics but fortunately no whole-body tics, and no copralalia. I am trying to find natural remedies for my tics, and think possibly fish oil helps to a certain extent... has anyone else found anything that works?
