NO! I created a little debbie diet recently where I lost 10 pounds in 1 week. It consists of eating 2 little debbie snacks a day and on the third day eating a meal, and you continue this for about a 9 days. BUT you can really hurt your body with this. It may work! BUT it is not in the least healthy. Eat good foods atleast once a day.

I dont think so infact I think its very unhealthy But sugasr is in a lot of food and drinks but its bad for your teeth and energy levels

Sugar increases the energy level,but is not healthy it contains only empty calories. Jaggery should be used instead of sugar, since jaggery contains iron and it will increase our haemoglobin. Sugar should be had only when one feels low and tired.

Absolutely no, eating a lot of a single item of any food is not a good idea. I think with food the maxim..all things in moderation applies.
