Strong mast
glids
stands
strong
in the center
of home
swaying
feeling every wave
every ripple
still
without question
the mast
stands tall
for the boats
sake
for the reason
it is a mast
set to sail
home at bay
the mast
loves the boat
keeps
the floods away

Nice poem. If the boat would be compared to a home, what would the mast be? The father most probably. A home with a strong father is lucky. The waves and the strong winds that come will always be taken cared of by him so the family will be comfortable and safe at all times.
