Well, There other day in the morning and there are allot of secondary student on that bus . I can clearly hear secondary student using the word fu_ck in that context and I am a bit surprise why kids today can mention the word "FU_CK" so easily. Maybe is the cultural difference since I doesn't grow up in Australia and to me that word consider taboo and most of the people that I know will avoiding using it in the context.

i have noticed the same. recently, i have seen kids as young as second grade say the F word like it means nothing. i believe that due to today's influence aiming towards younger and younger generations. i hear the F word used in every other word in the sentence. its insane now. frankly, i do not find a use in using the word.

yeah , kids today don't have any manner any more. I guess probably because of the media. Allot of movies today use those words and it is natural they will intimate where they see. My fav phrase " monkey see monkey do " . If children start using in early age they will think that it is not a big deal ... I guess time change as well as the manner and morality .

i have a neighbor who has a grandson still in secondary who swears a lot. more than i do. in our language of course. even when he was still in elementary he was already like that. i was surprised his grandparents let him be. they sometimes scold him but with no force at all. i have a daughter now. she's only 1yo so can't really tell the good from bad. but when she's old enough to understand it i would definitely watch what i say. i don't want her to be like me. we know that's very improper. i want her to grow up with good conduct.

kids learn and imitate thing in their surrounding . It is best not to swear in front of the children but eventually they will learn it somewhere , just make sure they learn good and bad before learning vulgar language . This way they will not use the vulgar language even they know it.

all i can say to those thing which happen to our kids now days are due to the globalism of the world where been helped by the entertainment industry. In my country, english is not our first language and i can say that kids with the age of 8 - 10 mostly don't speak english very good. But what i have seen now days those ages of kids have already using such F**k word very much. And this thing is more worst to the teenagers, they speak this word but don't really know what is the meaning of them. It just simply like mumbling to them. These word influence our youngsters today from the movies they watched which you can see that most of the movies from western countries never get away from this word in their dialog. And again i say that entertainment industry really gives a big influence to our youngsters today.

Yeah, I agree we the entertainment industry is to blame. That is why all the movies and entertainment is rated and parent need to closely choose only the movies that are suitable for their kids.
