I will believe that Indonesia will become second or third language IF Indonesia leading the economic indicator in the world just like China.
Before that, we'll just try to use Indonesian language as a host in Indonesia :D because you know, even for us Indonesian language is easy for us but actually not many Indonesian people can use Indonesian language well with the real and right grammar. When I was in Senior High School many of my friends hate this subject, because my Indonesian language teacher is very very very strict.
Even in dictation we still confuse with the spelling of the vocabularies.
Just for testing our selves, which are of this vocabularies are in the right spelling :
1. Apotik or apotek
2. Kuitansi or kwitansi
3. Silahkan or silakan
4. Pembudidayaan or pembudi dayaan
5. Berulang-ulang, berkali-kali, or berulang kali
6. A,B,C, dan D atau A,B,C dan D
7. Mira, Sinta, atau Maya, or Mira, Sinta atau Maya
8. Rp. 10000 atau Rp 10000
9. Penerjemah or penterjemah
10. Kemarin or kemaren
11. Uang saya dirampok beberapa hari yang lalu
Saya kerampokan beberapa hari yang lalu
Which is one of this a passive sentence ?
I will give the right answers then :) Actually I'm the fan of Indonesian language, but I realise not many Indonesian people know the right Indonesian language.

The right answers are :
1. Apotek
2. Kuitansi
3. Silahkan
4. Pembudidayaan
5. Every word are right :D The most important think in
'kata ulang' is the dash, and berulang kali is not
'kata ulang' although have same meaning.
6. A,B,C, dan D
7. Mira, Sinta, atau Maya
8. Rp 10000
9. Penerjemah
10. Kemarin
11. Both sentences are passive :D

I agree that Indonesian language doesn't discriminate between man and woman. "Dia" (Indonesian) means "he" or "she". We just add "dulu" to talk about the past, "sekarang" to the present, and "nanti" to the future sentences.
But I think the Indonesian structure is too simple; what we have to do is just enriching our vocabulary. Sometimes we lose the time-context when we are reading or listening a story.
Anyway, I'm smiling... don't be dying "dong aaaaah" Mas Fibonaccizzz! My English is not very well too "kok"! Hehehehe....
