Something in the grape helps to lower cholestrol levels in the body and thus slows the build up of deposits in the arteries. Compounds such as resveratrol ( a polyphonel antioxidant ) have been discovered in grapes and these have been positively linked to fighting cancer, heart disease, degenerative nerve disease and other ailments.

this is the reason why for us to be eating lots of grapes has been promoted by doctors and nutritionists throughout the world. grapes are always a component of herbal food supplements along with cranberries.

grapes is a favorite of most people. they taste good, they are eaten with ease and they are very healthy. grapes along with apples, are commonly eaten daily becuase these fruits are known to promote good health in people.

My 2 year old daughter loves grapes, sometimes when i forgot to buy she would be crying the whole day just to have it. Its healthy but so expensive here in the philippines, so only buy half kilo for her when were on budget

Yes Grapes are quite healthy and they are a great source of instant energy.They have high content of glucose which provides instant energy.Besides they have a wonderful taste.One more thing(which you have mentioned) and I personally like the most is we don't have to peel their skin,neither do they have any seeds like Oranges, watermelon.
Though both the above mentioned fruits are enjoyed by me.Another thing which goes in their favour is that they do not spoil our hands like Mango's, can be eaten any where just wash them and put them in your mouth.I love Grapes both green and black.
