Can't add a blog

If there anybody else who cannot add a blog? I tried to add a blog, but there is a problem. When I submit the first form only an empty page appears to me when I should get information how to claim. Yesterday I added another blog, but there was no problem. Does anybody know, what is happend?

thank you for your help, I read the faq before, but this does not explain the empty page after submitting. maybe there are some problems at moment and I have to try later. If doesn't work I'll contact support. Have a nice day :-)
