I gues that is the question u can ask when u find out that uve just finish doing ur stuff and there is no toilet paper ....i mean its finish yet u did not check be4 starting you shiting prosses ...i gues that stuff is for real coz u either use ur hand or ur pants or a document in ur walet
i did that one time ...so prerssed came rushing and did my stuff just to finish and dicover there aint no t/p in here...i used my my inner pants and flashed them and left free style

Where do you live? I mean I think you must be living in an area where the public toilet should have toilet paper all the time. I am not being sarcastic, but I am just amazed that this issue seems like something abnormal to you. In my area,many public toilets are not stuffed with toilet tissues and it seems a normal thing. I personally need to bring my own toilet paper if I want to use a public toilet because I need to be prepared seeing that so many public toilets here do not provide users with toilet paper. You are lucky because in your place not finding any toilet paper in the public toilet is something strange.
