do you think mylot helps us improve our language skills??

My answer to your question is "YES" but I don't think that language skills is the most important thing for us to join Mylot for those newbies with broken English can improve their language skills by reading, responding and creat discussions as many as possible. I think by continuing pratice these three methods day after day no one can deny Mylot helps us to improve our language skills. Do you think so?

Honesly, I do not feel any problems in understanding the discussions here in mylot, I feel that teh discussiosn here are all of high quality. It does not matter how a member use the language as long as we can understand it ,it will be fine. I always have many mistakes when I am typing, e.g. spelling mistakes, using the wrong words...etc...

I guess it does, to a certain extent. After all, for writing, practice makes perfect. You keep writing and you will hopefully improve with the practice. ;-)

I think those that try to post answers that are grammatically correct will have their english improved. It is like anything the more you do it the better you get. Practice makes perfect! Unfortunatley there are some users on mylot who are too interested in making money to even care if their answers are even readable. However in the long run they are damaging their earning potential by doing this, as mylot pays better for quality discussions. And this includes correct use of language! Have a great day!

my reply is yes I have been here only for for days,everyday,I post response and start a new discussion,what is more,I read most of others' responses,through this I learn a lot,when meeting words that I do not know very well,I will look it up in the dictory,then I broaden my words.

the best way to practice a language is to read it and write it the more often possible. I think that Mylot is a way among others to improve one's english level
