sometimes it happened to me,i really dont expect that my friend offend about my jokes,for me its nothing but for her its a big deal and a lot of meaning,she called me when i was at home and my reaction is totally shocked!and i realized you have to think first before you speak anything,coz some peoplecant relate you at all times,so its better to watch your word...be aware about the feelings of other...be sensitive....

This is a very common situation not only among acquaintances but to most relationships including co-workers, friends and even married couples. Not all the time are we conscious of the things we say. Sometimes things just comes out of our mouths without us realizing that what we have spoken was derogatory to a certain degree. Humans are not perfect beings. But it is our responsibility to cultivate ourselves into something that is morally and socially acceptable. The best thing that we can do when we find ourselves in this kind of situation is to just apologize for whatever it is that we have said or done. A lot of people can be very unpredictable with their mood so people should learn how to adjust to other individuals. Be understanding and be conscious of what we say and do.
