Teenagers nowadays are very impulsive.......?

as i observed many teens are very impulsive,specialy on girls a lot of them become a mom on a young age,,,alrming situation,it means the moral of young age are descended what happened is it right to blame their parents?how can we prevent this?

i am a teen myself....and more than impulsive i am tensed that i dont indulge into anything that is not good for my future. life is hectic and the future is uncertain. in the midst of all these unanswerable questions becoming a mom is out of question!!!! i dont even have the time to make frnds lol!
