My oldest daughter's first word was "Bob Bob" which was her way of saying Spongebob. I was excited and sad at the same time. Excited, because it was her first word, but sad because she didn't say "mama". My other 2's first words were "Da da." I didn't hear "mama" from any of them until their 4th or 5th words. The thing is, I've pretty much stayed at home with them their entire lives. So, I was the one they were around the most.
