I mean physically. I notice that my back starting to ache when I hold my baby. She's only 9 month's old and is on average weight for her age but I couldn't stay up long when I'm holding her. I'm only 5'2" in height and 95 lbs, which makes me a little underweight. But I tried everything to put weight on, but none works. Do you guys suggest lifting weights? I don't want to get all muscular but I just want to be stronger. Any suggestions?

It's common to every mother when her baby is small...so take your daily meals on time..and take any fruit juice before starting your daily work... take 7-8 hours sleep daily..and if you get time then go for gym in evening as i know it's not easy to maintain all this in this busy schedule....anyhow amke it posible.....then u will feel better....

Sleep more may help a bit since the body is comsumeing lesser energy when awake doing sth. Eat some more and do not always exercise a lot so that you can keep it fruitful.
