Yes, that is a big problem. The only way you could withdraw your money is if you know someone from the US and transfer your money to him then have him wire it to your local bank. That's a long process and would involve many fees. The other thing is you should open your own US bank account. It would be easier if you just buy the money you have in paypal at ebay. :)
