What do you like about your house?

I love this house. I "got" this house because I was in a auto accident in Florida, and with the money I received I could buy it. Here is a picture of it I love it because I am alive to love it

I like the whole house I lived there for about 21 years of my life. THe best place of it is the terrace where my love birds reside. The view there is quite good, I can see the whole barangay and cool breeze is present there.

My house is a one-story ranch with everything on one level over a crawlspace. The best feature of the house, and was told by numerous real estate co., is the fireplace. It's a floor-ceiling natural rock wood-burning that takes up one whole wall of our living room. All the windows provide a beautiful view of the woods surrounding us and in the summer, if I open the patio door, you can hear the bubbling creek out back. Don't need a tape of nature sounds to fall asleep, I just open my bedroom window to hear the real thing. Our property, which use to be a junk pit long time ago, is now one of the most sought-after acre in my county thanks to all the work my hubby and I did on it for the past 6yrs since we bought it. I refuse to sell and move, knowing that I would have to pay an even higher price somewhere else for the privacy I have here.
