are you proud to be a Filipino?

I am proud to be a Filipino because I am proud of my roots and where i come from. :)

I am proud to be a Filipino.. We have a very colorful history. We we're colonized so many times but our ancestors keep on fighting till we got freedom! our culture came from different cultures of countries which colonized us but we learn to be pliant as a bamboo tree. We know how to sway with the wind.. Although many critics are saying that we don't have our own culture, I say to them, get educated!! Filipinos even before being discovered by the spaniards has its own culture, own way of living, own language and alphabet. We easily adopt to changes thats why we get different traits from other culture and mix it with ours.. that makes us unique.. and that makes me proud to be one

yes of course! everybody should be proud of what they are and being a filipino is no exception. filipinos are discriminated everywhere but we still persevere. OFWs work hard to provide for their families while they battle homesickness and the harsh treatment of their employers. and while we may fight amongst ourselves, we also stick up for our own and defend them to the utmost.
