Mashed French Fries!!

What do you call a french fries that has been mashed. will it still be french fries or will it be considered mashed potato?? bothering huh??

I think it is now Mashed french fries since it first came from the french fries making process then mashed.

It's your own common sense that can answer this correctly. Both of them came from a vegetable called Potato so if you're bothered, let's just call it potato alright!? hahahahaha!!! Fries are made out of potatoes right? And since it's been mashed. It would either be mashed fries or mashed potato..Oh My God! I don't even know what I'm saying... haha!
