What is the essential thing requires to be successful life

Well since everyone's perspective of what it means to be successful is different, then that essential 'thing' is different for everyone.
For me success in life means being surrounded by people who love, respect, accept, and support me. So the essential thing for me would be to make sure that the people I choose to share my life with possess all four traits. With a good support team, I can acheive financial and professional success as well.

Very difficult to define success, as you said it depends on a person perspective. But, I saw successful people share one similar character: give quality second to none. Successful people that I have met usually emphasize quality. They want quality friend, quality time, quality investment, quality entertainment, quality opinion.. that why I think they enjoy quality = success.

To have all those things you have mentioned makes life easier and can help you acquire success in your life. I am not sure if I agree that those things represent success, as sucess is usually something than you attain by working towards it. You cannot guarantee that the people around you will always love, respect and support you, these things are beyond your control. I define success as acheiving things you desire in life, this may not necessarily be wealth or fame, but whatever you regard to be successful.
