Moving/rearranging sorties

I'm really liking the new setup of the homepage, but I have been trying to move around the different sorties and rearrange them to my preference, but it's not working. When I drag one to another spot, it just snaps back to its original location when I release the mouse. I'm not sure if it's just finicky about accepting a move (like, your pointer has to be in a specific place), or if it's just.. dysfunctional. Anyone else having this problem?
