What do you think this quote means

I think it's a great quote! And I think it says a lot about being your own person. Perhaps rules aren't truly meant for everyone to follow (disregarding the idea of being completely "illegal" though) and as long as you get a smile out of something you do then it was worth it in just about any outcome.

In a way, that quote is true. I do not know about the break rules part and kiss slowly part? Some rules are needed to keep society in check (note the word "some"), and when you are doing the do, kiss any way you want to. ;)

I think it means "to live life to the fullest" but I don't know who wrote it. I do like it however.

well it is very tough and hard to know.. i guess it means that one should live his/her life to the utmost of enjoyment coz life is too short to ba sorrowful..

It simply means, make your life in whatever way you want it. Don't be afraid to take challenges or trials as long as it will bring you satisfaction and a smile. Don't let people run your life. Be just yourself and don't try to hard to please other. Savour every minute and moment of our existence for we don't really know when our life ends.
