I wasn't aware that there was something called "Holy Week". Is it a holiday specific to one particular denomination of Christianity? If you don't mind, could you explain it a little further to me? I would be very interested to know what it is, what its purpose is, if there's something specific you're supposed to do (like when you give something up for lent), etc.

I don't go to church anymore. I am not converting or anything. It's just that I need to take a step aside from religion right now. We don't have any plan for Easter rather than keeping up with daily chores at home and in the shop.

I will try fasting and live my day with a lot of prayers. God gave me a wonderful life, sharing a home with the best family ever. I felt sad when I went to the church yesterday, palm sunday. The church vicinity was flooded by people holding their palms, yeah, it is nice to see people flooding the church but the question is, why are there so many people when theres an occasion? why don't they flood the church even though its just a regular sunday.
Going back to the topic, this is the time to remember how wonderful God is by giving Jesus Christ. But I will try to observe it and make a sacrifice but I want to make a difference... I'll try to continue observing the holy week the whole year till the next holy week comes.
