This is the easiest way i could think of to tell everyone, i'm so sorry! I'm not ignoring any of you, i promise, and as much as i enjoy mylot, right now we're trying to get everything taken care of for the mortgage company and the underwriters, and then we have to start negotiations on the house, while i'm still working 40+, and bless my wife's soul, she's trying to get the packing done. We don't know when we'll be moving, or even if we're being underwritten (?) yet, but whatever we have to fix, we'll fix, and in the meantime, packing packing packing. We hate packing. But for all of you out there, that i enjoy your discussions, don't think i've quit mylot if you don't see me around for awhile, i'll be back, i promise! We'll keep everyone updated on the saga, and by the way, WE PICKED A HOUSE! LOL I'll post images once we make sure we're getting it. everyone light a candle for us! Thank you!

we did choose a house that was in the same town as the firts one that we were thinking about but we went with a different one. This one doesn't have the same amount of room and actually is a little bit more expensive but it is worth it. The first one we were thinking about was actually a "2-family home", it was an old house that was split into two, I guess you could call them apartments. If we got that house we were going to merge the two back into one house again but after going to look at it, learning that we would be kicking an old lady out of her home for many years we decided not to go with that house. Oh! There was also standing water in the basement. Big NO on that one. As soon as we find out if we are going to get this other house we will post pictures

Yes we did find a house although it was not the first one we were hoping to get. this one it a little further away than the first but, it comes with almost an acre of land, has more bedrooms, and is about twenty-thousand dollars cheaper. So now we are waiting on the "FHA" appraisal to say yes or no on whether or not it is worth the $69,000 that we offered.
