bill, remodeling payments after the custodial parent gets remarried ? If so why ? Why should that child have to pay any bills in a household with to parents ? Just like everyone tell women who marry guys paying child support. You knew he had a childw/child support responsiblities. RIGHT ? Well these men who marry women with one or more children should they have help with household payments/bills ? WHY ? Should he or/and his new wife/girlfriend not have to pay for their own house and household bills ? Why should that childs money go for household bills ? That money should help the kids and the mother with bills but once she decides to get remarried that should stop. Yes use the money to buy the food that the kid/kids want that the parents don't eat. Every now and then if a big happens and you need extra money it would be find to use it in a have to case but not to give a man a free ride in life..So many women do this today. Why do women let some men use them ? I feel, If he can't support you without a childs support you do not need him. keep looking!! Here is a real life example : This lady that lives in our area. Gets $950.00 A month for one child. Her ex husband got sick so he was not getting paid. She stopped getting child support.After two weeks she was going to her lawyer everyday wanting to know where her money is and how could she get him to hurry out of the hospital . She was working, getting $950.00 child support , getting a free lawyer. The free lawyer told to to just wait until he got out of the hospital and they would contact him. She and her new husband got mad about that. So the new husband told her to go paid a lawyer to get things started. When she talked to the lawyer she never said that the child needed anything, all she said was I am getting behind on my remodeling payment. The worker are not going to come back if I do not give them something. So the lawyer ask is the child someway costing you $950.00 a month ? She replied no why ? Is it hos room you are remodeling ? No, we are just doing the livingroom, kitchen ,bathroom, and my bedroom. Plus the outside of the house. So the lawyer told her he could not do anything more than what the child support office could do. She replied yes but like my husband said this way he will have to pay you too. She and her new husband was so mad they they got out and ran their mouth to everyone. While doing so they let it slip that they wanted to get the house remodeled before the child turned 18. That way in four years at $367.88 it would be paid for in full. Plus they added next year they plan to buy the mother a new car so it will be paid for in the years with the rest of the money. They told that they would have to thank child support services for the step fathers new truck that will be paid for next year, his and her new 4 wheelers, the child has a old 4 wheeler, that breaks down all the time, plus everything they are buying and will buy in the next four years. He has told single men to find a women that is getting child support then push her to push for every dime she can get. The child wears wrangler jeans when anything always happens to the name brand cloths his dad buys for him. Wal mart /K mart shoes, he is not in any sports, groups, clubs. All he does is go to school come home and ride that broken down 4 wheeler. Never gets to go on vacation with his mother and stepfather.School by day , grandmas until 9:00 P.M. then home, to grandmas every Friday evening until Monday evening at 9:00 P.M....I am sorry but for my thinking he should be dressed as good as the others at his school, they should take him on at least one vacation... Child support is a great thing for the kids that benefit from it.Yes he is living, he has clothes, food , a roof over his head..lOOKS LIKE THIS CHILD IS GETTING RIPPED OFF TO ME. IF THEY WHERE GOING TO BUY A NEW CAR LOOKS LIKE THEY WOULD TRY TO GET HIM SOMETHING NEW. ONCE HE IS GONE THAT WOMAN COULD LET HER MAN BUY HER A CAR. DO ALL PARENTS MAKE THEIR CHILD PAY TO LIVE WITH THEM ? DO MOST CHILD WITH TO PAY TO HAVE A ROOF OVER HIS HEAD, FOOD TO EAT ? WHAT MAKES ADULTS BECOME HELPLESS IN TAKING CARE OF THEIR OWN NEEDS AND WANTS ? I WOULD SAY BECOMING SICK/DISABLED. I NEVER KNEW THAT HAVING A CHILD WAS SUCH A HANDICAP OR SOME PEOPLE MAKE IT INTO A CRUTCH. EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK .THEY CAN'T PAY BILLS BECAUSE THEY ARE LIVING TO HIGH SO I WILL JUST TAKE THE CHILD SUPPORT USE IT. HAS ANYONE EVER THOUGHT ABOUT HELPING SAVE FOR COLLEGE, OR A TRADE SCHOOL ? GOOD GOD I KNOW IT IS FREE MONEY TAX FREE MONEY BUT IT'S FOR YOUR CHILD. WHEN THAT CHILD SCHOOL CALLS TO SAY KIDS FOR PICKING ON HIM BECAUSE OF HIS CLOTHES THAT REMODELED HOUSE DOES MEAN A THING TO HIM...CHILD SUPPORT LAWS SUCK !! THANK GOD THERE IS A GROUP OF PEOPLE WORKING HARD TO CHANGE THEM. SO THAT THE SUPPORT MONEY WILL BE SPEND ONLY ON THE CHILD ,HIS STUFF, HIS FOOD, AFTER THE CUSTODIAL PARENTS GETS REMARRIED.. I FOR ONE CAN NOT WAIT !!!
