my frnd.. it is better to consult a doctor. his councelling and medication (if needed) will really come to your normal life. first of all you should have a well confidence and you should do each and everything with planning. you should create your own opinion on everything you met on your day to day life.

I think the first thing to do is to go and speak with a tutor, lecturer or student counsellor. They'll probably tell you that it's OK for you to feel nervous about things, and that everyone has some periods of life like this. Many years ago, when I was a student, I almost quit in my second year because I felt totally stressed out. I simply relaxed, took a few days off, then started organising my studies. Have a word with your tutors and see what they say about your skills. You say you are a mediocre student; is that what someone has told you or is that what you think? If it's what you think, it may just be that you're being hard on yourself. You might just be suffering from pre-exam nerves. Make sure you're sleeping as best you can, are eating well and are taking some moderate excercise. But it is definitely worth talking to someone about this. If you ARE sure that you want to change your life direction, then I'd at least wait until you get the exams out of teh way and see how you feel then. But first of all - share your concerns with a tutor or counsellor. Best of luck.

If you really want to get rid of this problem, you start breathing exercise called Pranayama. In India it is very famous. This is just systematic breathing nothing more and the benefit is amazing. Even your brain power will increase, forgetfullness will be over. You can remember your read matter very well. For detail you can also log on : www@diyayoga.com.
