So here's my question..(any lawyers out there tonight?) Anna's old man husband dies and leaves her a fortune. Family fights her for it but she wins. She has a will that's worthless because the only person she leaves her money to is now dead. There's a new baby, not named in and even disinherited pre-birth by her mother's will. As the next of kin, she inherits. Because of her age, she has to have a Trust overseen by someone not connected to the family who won't benefit from the money. WHO will be watching THAT person to be sure the money is hanled properly? does that go back to Howard K Stern, as he was named as executor of Anna's will. Or if Larry is the baby's dad and gets custody does he get control of the money? I'm sure he would need someof it to raise her. WOuld they be put on an allowance?
