what causes you to get dizzy spells?

I keep getting dizzy spells,anyone know what is causing them.

i get dizzy spells when i get migranes and when i get up to fast. xshinyrockx7

A lot of times I get dizzy spells if I haven't eatten in awhile. Make sure you eat small amounts every few hours
