What is the earning per reply?.
What is the earning per upload?.
How much percent can i earn from my referal?.
Where is the payout link?.
Is there any date for payout?.
Can i earn more than 1 cent per post?.

There is no fixed amount per posting. It can be as low as 1 cent per posting or can go higher to 4-5 cents per posting depending on the content of the post and the rating from the person who started the discussions.
As far as payouts are concerned, they are made on the 15th of the next month after which you qualify.

As far as I know there is not fixed amount per posting. It can be as low as 1 cent and higher as much as 4-5 cents depending on your response and the rating that it recieves from the one who posted the discussion.
The payouts are made on the 15th of the next month after which you qualify (i.e. have achieved the min required.)
