Should actinol be used long term to treat acne?

Actinol is now being used by many people to treat acne, but the effect may appear only later in life like poor liver function. I'm worried about that, but i don't have a choice.

Actinol can have horrible side effect.it can worsen the promblem.better consult a specialist
