Any idea/s on what are the symptoms of having an aneurism?

as what i have known, my uncle had a successful operation for aneurism about 4 years ago. before he knew that he had an aneurism,he didn't feel anything wrong on his health. only when he had his regular medical check up,his doctor found an aneurism in one of his arteries in his heart which already needs an immediate operation. doctor told him that aneurism occurs when your blood pressure is high. it causes the weak point of any vein to swell and it enlarges if not operated,it will burst out and it causes internal hemorrhage. do you have any known idea/s on symptoms on having an aneurism?
