Of course both the things are quite different and are meant to be enjoyed in different ways, however im not asking about a comparison, but which scene in the movie did you feel was well created in terms of the book and which part of the book do you think could or rather should have been shown on the movie but was not.. For me id say i really loved the entry of beauxbatons and durmstrang, though would have really liked to see the complete quidditch world cup match. Even in the third movie, we dont get to see Gryffindor winning the quidditch cup with harry on his firebolt.

I love how they made the castle come to life. It really shows how it is and how the school interacts. I wasn't always able to get a clear image of it from the writing alone. I love the main hall and the ceiling. I'd love to have that for myself :) Let alone the houses and such. It was all well designed and well thought out.
I do agree the last movie was not as good as I'd hoped. There was a lot left out of the movie that was in the book. I'm hoping the next one is better.

Yup. That is the best part. They have really worked on the interiors..and the paintings n ghosts n all..
The books started getting thicker as the story progressed and so the movies arent able to put in that much details.. i had heard some rumours about the 4th movie being made into 2 parts.. wish they would do that.. i dunno how they are going to be able to do justice to the movies from now on.
