when i feel so bad and angry .... i can`t control my emotion.Then ....

i`ll start to shout to everybody around me ( only my family or my friend ). i can`t control my emotion and sometimes i can be more anarchy. and sure, it caused they are often be heartsick because of my act. but, after that, i feel so remorseful. i need help to stop my bad habit like this. i want to learn how to control my emotion and become more calm. do i need to going to psychiatrist??

no need to hurry to go to psychiatrist, first, you have to change your sleeping habits.....of course its a joke.!!! but seriously, we can't control emotion, but we can minimize it. emotion is a feeling, if all system inside our body is about to explode of sudden reaction it will and we can control it. whenever you feel bad and became angry, don't just be angry in a rush, you just have to breathe first, or just change the way you react to situation, like you release that reaction to things rather than shouting it at people around, even if they understand you because they know,it doesn't mean that it is okay all the time. You know even if your angry you still have to respect someone around you, you still have to think of your respond, unpurposely you can hurt anyone. Just throw your tables and chair anyway, release the anger there.Psychiatrist will tell you this also, you know. but you can try to visit sometimes and you will discover something.

i almost done to control it, but always there`s something happened on my mind and make me feel "BOOM" on my head when i look at who has make me angry.after that :D i`ll shout :P badly, i had do that with my mother =( i`m regred so much.... grecychunny26, thank you for your respond. you always give me best thing to do. have nice day friend`s.

No there is no need to going to psychiatrist. U only have to do one thing that when ever you get anger you start doing counting and like this your anger will be controlled. Yes i m also of same kind i also shout on my family members and my friends but i have done this so now my anger is controlled. Try this and please let me know wheather you get benefit out of it or not.

i also come to situations like this. sometimes, we need to count from one to ten just to lower our temper. after that, we can have a more breathable space and we can now think freely. remeber two things: first, don't decide when you are angry and second, don't promise when you are happy. :)
