Beggars..to donate or not to donate?

Do you despise them or do you pity them?
You see them loitering in the cities,sleeping at bus stops, and even begging in the markets. These street people have somehow become a menace in our society. Some of them work for syndicates and some just dont have anywhere to go to. Have you ever wondered if your donation has been put to good use? So, would you or would you not donate to them?
