The next Pakistan coach will be a Pakistani, and the decision is not going to be taken in the near future, Nasim Ashraf, chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), said today. Addressing the media at the PCB headquarters.
So so;
Do you agreed with this....local coach concept?

Can the same apply for the neighbors India as well????

I can't understand the mind set of management and PCB at all..how they have decided like this.Coaches should be standards one not any simple players, who must have abilities of training the world class teams. So by looking into PCB motions it seems that they are just horrified by the Bob's case!!! Actually it must be kept in mind that Bob has brought so many victories to Pakistani cricket,even though team was under so much disturbances. ok it nice too have Pakistani coach but do the players can be respected and obedience to the appointed coach? like in case of Miandad..because when he was a coach of Pakistan cricket team has won so many titles consecutively but our players has bashed in front of him that he was compelled to resign.

I also agreed with you. My personal view is also Pakistanis need a good coach, Only way for looking for a such person is either from Australia, West Indies or from South Africa. I think PCB is miss something here.
May be may be; after the incident of Bob woolmer some coaches may reluctant to get the coaching job of the Pakistani team.
Last week Rameeze Raja talked about giving the power of the coach to the captain and do the coaching him self-captain him self.
I think if that happens Pakistan s cricket will be in huge danger
