everone of us watch movies. we laugh at funny ones, we cry when the actors get hurt, we emphatize with the actors, that's if i used the right term for that. there are also times that we can't help screaming especially if we are watching scary and horror movies..me, i don't necessarily scream but i hold my breath until the scene is finished.. what about you? do you scream? or jump in surprise? or cover your eyes? or hide beneath a blanket?

heheheh nice topic..
to tell you the truth, i mostly concentrate on the making of it. I mean i have interest in special effects, so i generally ask myself "how did they do it?".
But yeh, if it is very scary, i hold my breath for a min...

Actually, most horror movies make me laugh a lot more than anything, even if they're not supposed to be funny. Especially if they are particularly gory, I just can't help giggling like crazy. Maybe it's some kind of weird opposite reaction or something.
Usually if a horror movie is going to scare me, it's after the fact and not while I'm watching it. For example, my husband and I watched "The Grudge" at a friend's house. Then we came home and went to bed. And what we discovered is that our bedroom window makes the exact noise the ghost in that movie does. We were pretty freaked out. And rationally, we knew the window had always made that noise, and it had never really bothered us before. We were pretty glad to move out of that apartment after that. =p

I like watching horror movies. Well, sort of.. but I don't scream. When I am scared, I can hear the beatings of my heart in my ears. I just keep very still suddenly. :P
