As much as possible I try to buy as many Philippine-made products as I can. I want to help our fellow countrymen, and through this little thing that I'm doing I can put my share on helping our country. I only choose the kind of products that I buy, because sad to say the quality sometimes are not that good. Though many are better than those from the other countries. How about you?

i am a member of 'YABANG PINOY' for almost two years now and one of the main objective of the group is to buy philippine made products. as much as possible, i'd like to share this advocacy to fellow pinoys that's why i make it a point to buy pinoy made products. i try to be a good example to my friends by showing to them the items that i bought. it has the same quality like those items we buy imported from other countries.
i have this bracelet, made of abaca, pinoy made by the batang riles. if you get to buy one, you can add to the money funding these kids.
starting from my bracelet, and everytime i look at it, it reminds me to buy pinoy products.

I think the quality of Philippine-made goods have improved a lot over the years. I do buy a lot of Philippine-made clothes, shoes, and accessories. They are actually big here in the US because they're sort of unique in a way. I'm a Filipino working here in the US, and my colleagues and students appreciate the things I wear to school. Now that it's spring, I can wear most of the clothes and shoes that I brought here. I'm proud of my country. Happy myLotting!

Congratulations and thank you for helping and loving fellow Filipinos in our quest for economic development. Sadly, a lot of us while making complaints and rants are not helping our economy by choosing our own products first. Imported mentality. With the deluge of China-made cheap (price and quality) products, you can compare that our products fare better. Love our own. Love Filipinos. Love Philippines. Show it everyday!
