If he comes to you and say, "Hi i'm ____, can we be friends." Definitely he likes something in you and would later plan to court you. Somehow you'll know that they dont want to be friends, they are just addressing that they like you... because it would be WEIRD if they say "hi im _____, can i court you?" it will be Scary since you dont know him. The worst would be he is an EVIL BAD person who is trying to make friends... Stalker "the most scary things you can imagine that you see in the news" However, i may be wrong too. Some girls can sense if the guy who approach her is NICE or Not... maybe you can sense the intention of the guy why he wanted to be friends in the first place and why did he choose you? Its important to check him out with other people who knows him because you have to be responsible for your own safety. =)
