How would you prefer to travel? By car, ship, or airplane?

Assuming that your destination is something that you can travel to by either of these 3 modes of transport, which would you choose? For me, I would rather travel by air, since it's faster and safer. The downside to air travel is that it's usually more expensive. What about you? And why?

hi! for me, i would travel by air since it's faster and more convenient. though it's more expensive thant the others, it's ok with me for i know i'll be more comfortable with it. besides there are airlines that offer discounts or promos so it becomes cheaper. :)

Yes, there are times when air travel actually comes out cheaper because of the promos.

I will choose travelling by air and ship. By air because I like to feel being hang in the air from time to time. I have a lot of great experiences travelling by air. Be it with friends or alone. The last time I travelled by sea was about 3 years ago. I was in the sea for 24 hours and it was glorious. I'm too impatient travelling by car. Its giving me stiff neck...LOL!

Land trips are the worst, especially for long trips! I especially dislike it when I have to take the bus. LOL re the stiff neck -- my sentiments exactly!

Though I also like to travel by ship, I think it would be much better choose to travel by air to!;)
The feeling of being like a bird, as one with the sky is a very good experience. To see the world from above is a wonderful site, a different thing from the usual!;)

I didn't think of it that way, but you're right. The view up there is totally different. :)

tarveling by air is really different compared to land and ship, If money is not a problem I will always choose to travel by air..but since it is expensive and I cannot afford to travel by plane always..I let my self enjoy our trips by land too, like last year we went to Banaue and Sagada which was 14 hours travel..I simply enjoyed it because I took the opportunity to delight my self in looing at lush greenery of the mountains..and of course I love that I have 14 hours with my hubby sitting side by side ..:)
I never tried a ship though..hopefully this year.

Yes, there's something about land trips and the scenery that cannot be experienced with air travel. :)

for long trips, i prefer to travel by air. not only is it faster but it is also more convenient and i feel more comfortable during trips.

I would choose traveling by air of course. I even want to ride my own chopper or Cessna but it's of course unrealistic. Well, it's just a dream and it's free so why would I limit my dream? LOL!
It would be nice to travel by air because it's faster and you don't get tired so much unlike traveling by land.
By ship it's too slow, I think the slowest of them all. But it's the only choice I got sometimes.
Anyway, having said that, the truth of the matter is, my money dictates that I can only afford travelling by land. LOL!

I prefer to travel by ship when it is an option. I like the idea of unpacking my stuff and relaxing. I like the near immediacy of air travel, but I find it very stressful with children and connecting flights and lost luggage.

Well, ships and airplane are the easiest way to arrive at another place but it also creates many risk. Like maybe a plane crash or a terrorism attack, an iceberg incident, leakage, technical problems of any sort and many many more.
Cars in the other hand are slower, but you have the choice to remain safe or be in an accident. You have your destiny in your own hands although technical problems can also happen. And you can't go to another country by Car.
I'll just maybe take a risk and take the plane. haha.. :)) but if I can use a car, I would why not.
