Referrals - Is it right?

There are two ways to earn in mylot. One is through participating in discussions and posting comments, and images etc.,
The other way is to refer others and earn money.
The first one is pretty difficult than the second one. Do you think that the second one should exist?
There may be some people who just refer others and they earn 25% of their earnings. Its like eating from others hardwork. Do you think that it should be banned?

Its a good idea for both members and myLot. mylot get more new members. As far as I know, you do not take any money away from the people you refer. If they say make $1 in a day, they get their $1 and you get an extra .25c. Your not robbing from them. I only have 2 referalls who havent posted much anyway, so i dont make anything from them.

Say i am referred by you. You get 25% of my earnings. You are not taking away anything from me. But being your referree, i am not gaining anything from you or from mylot extra. So whats the point in i being your referree. I could very well join mylot by straight away going into the website.!

I think as a compromise mylot can give some amount if a referral joins under our username. It should be a one time transaction for getting one more member to mylot.

Yes you can join the site without putting in who referred you but it is myLots way of saying thank you to members for getting more people/members on to the site. Its an incentive for members to try and get as many referrals as possible, so they make more money and myLot have more members etc.

you can tell them about mylot and allow them to enjoy mylot as we do. But that doesnt mean that we should ask them to join under our referral.

why it should be banned?you bring people here,,you got paid for it.Believe its very difficult to make refferals and it take some time.a specially for me,because no one of my actual friends from real life speak english.I go only one refferal and he is not active at all.I wish i could make some active refferals to make more cash!

Its very difficult to bring referrals. That i agree. But once you get more active referrals, then you need not struggle much to earn. By being ones referral we are not getting any benefit. Only the referrer gets all the benefit. That was the thing of my concern.
